Program Description

Vivo Control offers SMS notifications to registered users of our property access management platform. By opting in, you may receive text messages including:

  • Access control alerts — entry notifications, credential updates, and lock/unlock confirmations
  • Visitor notifications — guest arrival alerts and visitor access requests
  • Maintenance updates — scheduled maintenance windows and service status notifications
  • Amenity reminders — booking confirmations and availability updates
  • Community announcements — property-wide notices and emergency communications
  • Account communications — verification codes, password resets, and account status updates

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS notifications by:

  • Replying START or JOIN to an onboarding text message from Vivo Control
  • Providing your phone number and consenting via the Vivo Control mobile app
  • Opting in through a web form on our website or platform

Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Vivo Control.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, property events, and notification preferences. You may receive multiple messages per day during periods of high activity.

Msg & data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Vivo Control. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent from that program.

Privacy and Data Sharing

Your privacy is important to us. We collect your mobile phone number, opt-in/opt-out status, and message delivery history solely to operate the SMS Notifications program.

Mobile opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose whatsoever. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any data sharing or sale arrangements.
